Answers to the most common questions from Iterable teams.
Jule is a self-serve builder for Iterable customers. Design pop-ups, preference centers, landing pages, and quizzes, then push them live with native two-way sync to Iterable. No engineering required.
No. Jule ships with a drag-and-drop builder for every surface. Publishing is a single snippet on your site, not an engineering ticket. Developers can inject custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript when they want deeper brand control, but nothing on the platform requires it.
Yes. Jule uses role-based permissions across Organizations, Workspaces, and Projects, so marketing, design, and engineering can work in the same account without stepping on each other. Separate workspaces let you split brands, sandboxes, and production, and role permissions control who can edit versus who can publish.
Jule is Iterable-native. Connect once with your Iterable API key and HMAC secret and preference selections, form inputs, quiz responses, and custom events sync back to Iterable profiles in real time. You can fire custom events to trigger flows in your existing campaigns, host each brand on its own custom subdomain, and inject the tools your team already uses via the header and footer.
Yes. Credentials and secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using per-record salts and PBKDF2-derived keys. Iterable API calls happen server-side, so keys never touch the browser. Access is role-based and scoped per workspace, and every access event is written to an HMAC-SHA256 hash-chained audit log retained for six years. Jule stores as little data as possible: everything except coupon assignment flows through to Iterable without being retained on our side.
